Medication From time to time, it may be necessary for pupils to bring medication to school as part of a continuing course in antibiotics, medicine, A.D.D. tablets, etc. It is school policy that such medication be handed to the class teacher or admin staff upon the child’s arrival at school, along with an Administration of Medication Form from parent, stating the name of medication, correct dosage, and times to be administered. These forms are available at the office. Teachers or other staff will supervise the administration of all tablets/medicines. Headache tablets may not be brought to school unless prescribed for the student by a medical practitioner. Students may self administer asthma medications and puffers. Monies Sent To The School All money sent to the school must always be in a sealed envelope and marked with your child’s name, roll class, reason for the money, and correct amount enclosed. This money can be paid at the office between the times of 8:30 – 11:00am. The Tuckshop usually alerts the Principal if children have large denomination notes, so if you send your child with $10 or more, a little note of explanation is appreciated. |
